Enforcement Procedure
If, once an accessible information request or complaint has been made, it has been rejected, you do not agree with the decision made, or the response does not meet the requirements set out in article 12.5, the interested party may initiate a claim. A claim can also be initiated if twenty working days have passed without a response.
The claim can be submitted by email, as well as in the other options collected in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
Claims will be received and processed by the company.
